MATH IS ORGANIC?

You Officially Now Can Never Say You’re Incapable Of Performing Math
YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE EVER AGAIN TO CLAIM YOU’RE BAD AT MATH: If plants can perform division, there’s no reason you shouldn’t be able to.
In experiments on the plant Arabidopsis thaliana, scientists at the John Innes Centre, Norwich, confirmed that when the sun is down, the plant regulates its “starch reserve to ensure they last until dawn.”
“They’re actually doing maths in a simple, chemical way - that’s amazing, it astonished us as scientists to see that,” study leader Prof Alison Smith told BBC News “This is pre-GCSE maths they’re doing, but they’re doing maths.”
