ALL GROWED UP

The Pauly D Project: Reality Entourage
OUR LITTLE PAUY D IS ALL GROWN UP AND READY TO GET A REAL JOB! Well, about as real as much of a “real job” that a Jersey Shore cast member can get.
On the series premiere of The Pauly D Project, Pauly makes the leap to Las Vegas as resident DJ at Palms Hotel and Casino, and he brings his boys along for the ride.
Think of it at Entourage, except more entertaining.
kicking off the show, Pauly reminisces about his life in Rhode Island, and how convenient! Cameras are there to capture him receiving a call about taking his DJ-ing act to the Palms.
We meet Biggie and Jerry, his right-hand man and his bodyguard, respectively. Along with Pauly, they meet up with Ryan, another member of the entourage to give him the good news.
Pauly heads back home to visit with his dad, and then hops on a plane with his boys to Vegas. Not sure the time-span of this. The second after he’s in a deep conversation with his dad, he’s flying first class out west.
Limos are here! The guys head to Palms and flip out over their suite. It has its own private pool, an elevator, and a ton of bathrooms. It’s unbelievable. Pauly D has indeed arrived.
JRoc, the guy responsible for bringing Pauly to Vegas, comes by to tell him that he needs to bring it in Sin City. Pauly’s nervous about how he’s going to do in Vegas, so Ryan suggests they have a few drinks and go out to calm themselves.
They bring some girls home, and as soon as Ryan gets himself and a girl into the Jacuzzi, Jerry throws on a shower cap, some swim trunks, and gets in with them. Cue the girl leaving immediately.
The next night, it’s time for Pauly’s first show at Palms. The club is packed and excited for Pauly’s set, but as soon as the music starts playing, the sound in one of the speakers blows out. It seems as though half the system is fried, but Biggie finds a way to magically fix everything. The set is amazing and the crowd reacts well, and now it’s time to head back to Rhode Island to wait to hear if he gets the gig.
Six months later, Pauly gets the call that he’s the new resident DJ at Palms. The boys get together for some celebratory barbecue, but Biggie’s worried about breaking the news to his longtime girlfriend. Mary-Jane comes to the house, and he breaks the news to her. She smiles and tells him “no whores,” which I guess means she’s okay with him leaving.
The guys call up Gary, a guy who books him a goodbye gig at Ultra in Providence. Pauly grabs the mic and asks the crowd to wish him luck in Vegas. Is it weird that I’m crying a little right now?
