Small Respite From ‘Zombie’ Cannibalism & Necrophilia

NEWS FROM THE LAST 36 HOURS HAS BEEN PARTICULARLY HORRIFYING WITH GRUESOME STORIES ABOUT A ‘zombie’ cannibal and a necrophiliatic auteur, debasing all those tuning in to the enormous radio. Enough.

Today I’m going to deliberately look for examples of humanity, the first being the above video of a kindly scuba diver removing a fisherman’s hook from a puffer fish. Then I’m going to rewatch the video about Regine Weatherholtz of Pipe Creek, Texas, who saves injured and abandoned horses. After that, I’m going to drown myself in the most ridiculous LOLcats I can find at ICanHazCheezburger.

Then I’m going to pray for no more news days like yesterday.
