ACCUSED OF BANK FRAUD

Teresa & Joe Guidice Facing Fate Much Worse Than Wrath Of Caroline Manzo
By Karen Malmquist
CAN’T WAIT TO HEAR TERESA EXPLAIN THIS ONE!
The Guidices are facing up to 50 years in prison if convicted of a long, long, long list of criminal charges.
It isn’t the first time this couple have faced legal problems. Hell, not too long ago, Joe faced 10 years in jail for using his brother’s ID to obtain a driver’s license.
Now, the couple’s got 39 counts of fraud against them.
Although neither of them seem fully capable of forming a complete sentence, the Giudices are accused of withholding information about their net worth in 2009, when they filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. They also managed to “illegally obtain mortgages and other loans from multiple banks by intentionally overestimating their incomes in order to get more money,” according to TMZ.
Here’s how the years behind bars breaks down: A maximum of 20 years for conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, and a maximum of another 30 years for bank fraud. More charges may be pending, and the couple is due in court tomorrow morning.
Court appearances aren’t like reunion shows, and if she and her hubby are caught in a lie, they’ll be dealing with much worse than the wrath of Caroline Manzo.
It’s no wonder Teresa’s been trying to tie up loose ends in her family. She may not be seeing them for a very, very long time.
Sure, 50 years in prison is pretty bad. An orange jumpsuit would totally clash with her skin, and what if one of her implants explodes during a fight in the cafeteria? But is this really the worst thing Teresa’s had to face over the years? When last confronted with money problems, she had to sell a bunch of the gaudy items in her house, and worst of all, was forced to have Milania’s 5th birthday party at- brace yourselves- a pizza parlor
Joe worked at for, like, a week.
A few years back, the two filed bankruptcy, claiming to be $11 million in debt. She went on a tour of the tabloids, gracing several covers while holding strangers’ puppies and saying she’s “terrified of being poor” and having her husband go to jail for 10 years. Then she made a quick turnaround, saying she was no longer in debt, and that her and Joe were living a “simple life.”
It’s safe to say that’s no longer the case for the Giudices.
