WHAT’S SEAN PENN’S HAITI FRIENDS GOING TO THINK ABOUT THIS?

The son of the notoriously hotheaded actor is apologizing after unleashing a litany of hateful slurs — including fa**ot and the awful ‘N’ word — on a paparazzo who was snapping photos of the actor while entering a Beverly Hills building.

The 19-year-old seems to push the shooter after he had the audacity to shoot Penn Sr. Penn ignored the pap but then Hopper rushed over from across the street, appeared to push the cameraman and began spewing vulgarities!! And it was all caught on tape.

The shocked photographer berated the teenager, shouting: “Are you kidding me? Yo! Don’t play yourself. Don’t ever do that, dude. Don’t do that to yourself. You’re only a kid. You’re a kid, you’re a kid!” When Hopper shouted his insults, the photographer exclaims, “That’s the kind of talk you’re teaching him, Sean?”

Though cops were nearby the photog declined to press charges.

The exchange was caught on video — which no doubt prompted Hopper’s insta-regretful statement. “I was accosted by paparazzi and made to feel like an animal — threatened and under attack, but that does not condone my own actions,” he told TMZ. “I deeply regret my choice of words.” Riiiight.

Sean has a history of exploding on paparazzi and was put on three years probation after kicking a photographer almost four years ago. Looks like his son is a chip off the old blockhead.
