IT’S OFFICIAL: TERESA GIUDICE has lost her marbles. On Sunday’s part two of the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion, Tre actually gets down on her knees and praises Jesus for getting the crazy out of her life. Well, if the crazy is gone, then what replaced it?
Does Fabellini come in delusional?
Picking up from last week, Kathy’s sister Rosie is ready to attack after hearing her cousin’s remarks about her late father. Teresa had said that her dad was there for Kathy and Rosie more than their own father was, and Rosie comes out of the woodwork to come and “rip her f****** head off!” Thankfully for Teresa, she hasn’t run on to the stage yet. Backstage, Lauren walks over to Rosie, who’s still off camera, to calm her down because Teresa is clearly being unreasonable.
Andy Cohen tries to get everyone settled down by playing a video package of Rosie coming out to her niece and nephew, and also Teresa’s belief that Kathy didn’t support her sister’s sexuality in the beginning. This doesn’t really sit well with anyone.
Now Rosie’s on the couch with the other women, and explaining that Kathy always supported her sister. She says the only time they hit a rough patch was when Rosie was dating a woman who was leading her down a bad path. Teresa continues to accuse Kathy of being mean to her, and claim that it was really sher who supported Rosie when she struggled to come out. It’s times like this when you really wish Kathy was more of a loose cannon, because now seems like the perfect opportunity to jump over the coffee table and attack.
Now we’re looking back on the Napa trip, from Melissa playing with Teresa’s boobs to Teresa ignoring Kathy at dinner, and Greg putting a year’s worth of sass into a single side-glance. Kathy says it really wasn’t that big of a deal, and that she apologizes for the comment she made last week about Teresa’s mother being a liar. Teresa then tells for Kathy to be quiet, “with your fake nose and fake lips.” Remember when Teresa got breast implants?
Now it’s Caroline’s turn for a Napa rewind, highlighting when she and Teresa really got into it. When asked how she enjoyed the trip where she celebrated her 50th birthday, she gives a flat “no.” Then Andy reads a fan question asking Teresa if, after watching Caroline bully her this season, she regrets how she treated Danielle Staub. She says yes, and that accuses Caroline of bullying her all season, but fails to recall even one specific instance. Teresa says, “How do you think I felt with two of my sisters-in-law coming on the show without telling me?” Then Caroline asks Teresa how she thought she felt watching her talk with Dina about her sister on the show. Andy asks Caroline about her relationship with Dina, and she says they’re still not speaking.
There’s a look back at Melissa’s blossoming music career, including the Giudice’s constant digs about her singing throughout the season. Teresa says she thinks Melissa can’t sing without auto-tune, so Melissa sings a few bars from her latest song right in front of her. They go back and forth about how Teresa keeps trying to push down her success, and Jacqueline pretends to fall asleep again.
Andy asks why Melissa is selling her house, and she explains that she and Joe have decided to move so that the kids don’t have to go to school together, because down the road her fight with Teresa could potentially spill over onto the kids.
Then they talk about how Danielle had contacted Melissa to tell her that she felt bad for what she was going through with Teresa. Teresa accuses Melissa of being the one who told Danielle that she “didn’t acknowledge” her nephew at the season two reunion, and for showing up at Danielle’s house multiple times — all of which Melissa denies.
Teresa claims that Melissa came on to the show to humiliate Teresa and that On Display was written about her. Before the dumbfounded Melissa can even respond, Teresa gets on her knees and praises Jesus/ screeches that she’s happy she got the crazy out of her life. Just out of nowhere, gets on her knees and starts screaming to the heavens while everyone else just looks at her.
Joe Giudice is on the couch now reviewing his troubled relationship with Teresa. Joe insists that the person he was on the phone with in Napa was an old business friend, and says that he apologized for calling her the C-word. When Andy asks why Joe pretended to speak another language as he saw Teresa approach him, he says it was his Spanish pizza guy.
Teresa continues to insist that she and Joe don’t in fact live separate lives, despite what Jacqueline may believe. Teresa tries to say that Jacqueline’s husband cheated on her a couple years ago, which Jacqueline and Caroline deny since her story doesn’t add up. Jacqueline says, “If we’re gonna be honest here, I will say that yes, Joe has called Teresa C-word many times before,” and that they constantly go at, and that Teresa knows that Joe has cheated on her because she came to her for advice a while back.
Speaking of questionable relationships, Kim D. probably to appear for free in next week’s installment. After all the stripping stories are over, all of the husbands join in on part three of the reunion to try and make sense of what happened in their lives over the past year. Fingers crossed for an appearance from the Manzo boys and King Gregory!
