WITH A TOAST AND A TUMMY TOUCH, Princess Catherine may be signalling that she’s about to fulfill her royal obligation: to deliver an heir to the British throne.
News senses are tingling after Kate, looking divine in a Prabal Gurung dress, refused wine at a state banquet in Singapore Tuesday. Then this morning, Kate and Prince William toured the Rainbow Centre in a dress designed by Singapore designer Raoul. In the above photo, she (subconsciously?) alights her hand protectively on her womb.
The pose comes after Prince William, while touring Queenstown, Singapore, confided to a little boy that he would like to have two children with wife Kate.
“Someone asked him how many children he would like to have,” student Corine Ackermann told reporters. “And he said he was thinking about having two.”
Williams and Kathere are on a nine-day tour of southeast Asia and the South Pacific as part of the celebration of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. The baby rumors arrive exactly in time as royal watchers have said the couple would begin planning their family only after the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the London Olympics.
A so-called member of their circle tells Life & Style: “William and Kate are putting all their effort into having a baby … They would love to be expecting by the end of the year.”
Once a royal cherub arrives, he or she will be the clencher to make William and Catherine’s royal fairytale real. The two are said to be absolutely besotted with each other in private. “There is nothing contrived about [their love],” a source tells People which reported on their public displays of affection during tho 2012 London Olympics.
