VIRGINIA ARTIST HEATHER MARSHALL'S PAINTINGS ARE part of an exhibit opening tonight at the Linda Warren Gallery in downtown Chicago.
Marshall 's Here And There exhibit displays "her predilection for creating meticulous small-scale works that transform ordinary, every day images into ...jewel-like works of art found in the textured life around her -- in dilapidated buildings and on rusty mailboxes, inside local dime stores or sewing shops, along country roads, and on top of city rooftops," writes the gallery's owners.
