LIINDSAY LOHAN IS LIKE THE SYPHILITIC GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING, with today’s poisonous exposure another arrest, this time for hitting a New York City clubgoer in the face.
The personality-disordered diva was charged with third-degree assault after she hit a woman inside Club Avenue about 4a.m. today. She was held at NYPD’s 10th precinct for several hours before being released a little white.
TMZ has a hilarious video showing a mob of press shouting questions at the tabloid tart in an effort to get a comment.
“Lindsay, how’s it going?!” “Lindsay, are you staying out of the clubs?” “Lindsay, were you drinking?” “Lindsay, are you a southpaw?,” shouted paps as made her way to a waiting black car with a coat covering her head. “Lindsay, did you hit her with a left or right?!”
A police spokesman told TMZ that the Liz & Dick actress would be required to appear in court on the charge at a later date.
Cops halted the car she was leaving in and cuffed her, MTV reports. TMZ reports that when she was put in cuffs she kept repeating, “Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?”
If you like hearing a broken record, MTV recounts the litany of Lindsay’s recent brushes with the law, and points out that she remains on “informal probation” — whatever that is — on probation for last year’s jewelry theft case.
Funniest line of the day on the story comes from Gawker where a blogger wrote “a conviction could mean real jail time.”
Hahahahahhahahah! I’m ROFLMAO about that one.

I can’t help but in the back of my mind remember the cute kid acress with such promise. At some point I hope she says “Enough is enough”, realize her potential, and reclaim her life. It’s like watching someone get out of a sand pit. Even on the occasion she’s trying to get out, she seems to end up a little deeper. I’m hoping someone near to her will extend that stick to pull her out and keep her clear of the sand pit far enough to recover. She has great possibilities. I think it would benefit all of us.
Total crap! I’m telling you right now, if any of us “normal and unfamous” people hit someone in a club, we would be going in! She seems sick and needs some serious help. Okay, I know I was just Captain Obvious right there but seriously, there is something wrong with this young lady. I don’t care who you are. If you hit someone, you need to be held legally accountable!
I don’t think there is such a thing as a “reality check” for LiLo. Here sense of reality is so skewed, it’s just not possible. I mean, her community service involved working at a morgue! It seems that would shake most (normal) people into trying to change, so as to not have to do THAT again…I think she really needs to be on some kind of medication, in all seriousness. How sad to have had the opportunities she did at such a young age, just to have them go down the toilet.
I’m so tired of hearing how much “talent” she has. I don’t think she ever had any talent, she was only good in Mean Girl because of Tina Fey
