LINDSAY IS TAKING HER ALCOHOL-INDUCED ANTICS ON THE ROAD, following The Wanted’s Max George along the East Coast for Justin Bieber’s Believe tour.
Rumors of a romance between the two began circulating after Lohan’s recent bar fight with a fortuneteller which led to her most recent arrest on Nov. 29.
George was reportedly at the center of the brawl: among the stories circulating is that the fight broke after when LilO became jealous of attention that George was paying to the psychic.
“They looked like a couple,” a spy tells Us Weekly. “When they got back from the Jingle Ball concert, Lindsay was all over Max. They were even making out at one point!”
“It’s a bit of a blur actually, but some sort of scuffle with a fortune teller,” bandmate Jay McGuiness said of the incident. “It was very odd. We actually carried on partying after that. It was reported that it was about Max, but I don’t think it actually was.”
While it’s unclear whether or not a romantic interest in Max was what sparked, what is apparent is The Wanted doesn’t mind Lohan’s company. “[Lindsay] was a total sweetheart on that night, so our experience is quite positive,” McGuiness said of the night of parting. “She’s the best drunk in New York.”
The boys’ enjoy Lilo’s company so much that Jay actually wore a “Free Lindsay” T-shirt on stage the next Thursday during a show while opening for Justin Bieber. “I’m a little bit of an artist, so I got the old Sharpie out and yeah, after a small scuffle that went down, I felt very sorry for her. I wanted to cheer her up and I think she said she liked it, right?” Jay said.
Although Max admittedly doesn’t remember much of Lindsey’s bar fight, he is more than happy to take the credit for freeing the star, and said, “Yeah, it worked. She got out [of jail], so the campaign worked.”
Lindsey seems to be embracing the groupie lifestyle and even poppedin at Philly’s Q102’s Jingle Ball concert when the Wanted was performing, and was photographed hanging out with Max George backstage.
If Lindsey continues to spend her time on the road, maybe we should make her a nice “I’m with the band” shirt to match Jay’s “Free Lindsey” campaign apparel.
