Kroy Biermann Legally Files To Adopt Kim Zolciak’s Two Daughters

After seeing her on the early years of Real Housewives of Atlanta, it might be hard to imagine Kim Zolciak coming out of the franchise in a somehow more stable state. But thanks to her young footballer hubby Kroy Biermann, things keep looking up and up.

News broke that Kroy has filed to adopt Kim’s daughters from a previous marriage, Brielle and Ariana. Because their birth father and Kim’s ex-husband, Daniel D. Toce, has been out of the picture for way too long, Kroy has decided to make his role as a father figure to the girls official.

Both Kim and Kroy have said that he clearly loves them like his own, with Kroy even telling this to everyone at KJ’s christening last season. The girls added to his speech, saying that they’re so happy he’s in their lives.

The new direction Kim’s life has taken since meeting Kroy has removed her from the Real Housewives equation, making her segments feel like a separate show. With her spin-off, Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding, viewers got to see more than just the bits and pieces that made it past editing from RHOA. The couple actually married on 11/11/11, ushering in their second and final spin-off, Don’t Be Tardy…”

Like her Bravo colleague Bethenny Frankel, Kim has built a reality empire. Let’s pray to our god Andy Cohen that these two make it, because this Atlanta family is giving us all kinds of warm and fuzzy feelings. And also nothing is funnier than watching her try to move in a full-body girdle while trying to keep her wig on.
