Kelly Osbourne Returns Fire With Fire: Lady Gaga’s A Hypocrite
By Kyra Senese
KELLY OSBOURNE THROWS MORE FUEL ON HER FIERY FEUD WITH Lady Gaga in July’s Cosmopolitan. The mag features the Fashion Police star on the cover, as well as her explanation as to why she labels Gaga a hypocrite.
“I loved Lady Gaga. I totally believed in everything she stood for, until I realized she’s a great big hypocrite,” she says. “Don’t say, ‘When you see bullying, intervene,’ while letting your fans send me death threats. If my fans did that, I would not stand for it.”
Speaking about her weight loss to U.K.’s Fabulous last October, Osbourne said, “Lady Gaga’s fans are the worst. They’ve said I should kill myself, that they hope I get raped. I mean, it’s crazy but I’ve had this all my life and I just try and ignore it.”
Gaga hit back in an open letter posted on her website. “I have empathy for you Kelly, but I feel it culturally important to note that you have chosen a less compassionate path,” she said. “Your work on E! with the Fashion Police is rooted in criticism, judgment, and rating people’s beauty against one another … To see you blossoming into a beautiful slender woman who makes fun of others for a living is astounding.”
Osbourne continues dressing downs Gaga in this month’s edition of Cosmo.
“You can say whatever you want with your millions of monsters. I know the truth. [Your] bells and whistles mean nothing to me. You’re feeding on the freaks and geeks to further your career? Do you really care about the gay community? Because if you did, you’d stand up for it more than you do.”

I’d to remind Miss Kelly who it was that stood up and did rallies to repeal Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, who started The Born This Way Foundation to help LGBT Youth, and who rallied for the legalization of gay marriage.
Yes, Lady Gaga isn’t loved by everyone, but the feud here is not between Kelly and Gaga, its between Kelly and The Monsters. Again, a minority have ruined it for the majority. I, myself am a monster, but I do agree that what a very small portion of the fans do is totally wrong. Gaga should address the issue, but Kelly should also not have gotten Sharon involved, as this portrays a negative image to Kelly’s fans, that running to someone else is the better way to solve a problem.
Personally, this issue could’ve been resolved mich faster if, instead of getting managers involved, Kelly spoke to Lady Gaga directly. Not over the internet, as things can be misinterpreted.
This is only my view though. I know that many won’t share it and will probabbly do what Kelly complains Mobsters are doing, others, I know may agree on some level. Either way, my opinion will not change.
